I twisted my ankle big time. Doing what? Messing around with my buddy, learning Muay Thai, or "Nine Weapons"... So my foot is sitting in a big mixing bowl filled with ice, and a little water to really help get that chill deep down into the tendons. Thank goodness I'll be sitting down most of the time at ComiCon, otherwise this would be a serious problem. (Yes, it's that bad!) I've included a picture of the results of my shin conditioning to help prove the point: the Martial Arts are risky. Live by the sword, die by the sword... sometimes it's your own sword. Just ask Kurosawa :)
In case you're wondering what any of this has to do with the Ric Estrada Movie, here it is: I can no longer go to ComiCon as Richard Dragon, because I know I'm not hardcore enough :( So look for me to appear as someone else from Ric's rich comics career.
